AWK Computers are now offering the log me in facility to diagnose and repair faults, reducing down time.
How Does It Work?
All you need is access to the internet, via a broadband connection.
Our engineer will provide you with a security pin code, which you enter into our website at http://www.awk.co.uk. This connects you directly to our engineer.
You can now watch the engineer as he takes control of your computer.
How Much Does This Cost ?
Each session up to one hour £49.00 + VAT. Should a call out be required due to a hardware fault no charge will be made for this session, standard call out charges would apply.
Maintenance Cover
12 months maintenance contract available on request.
